Every project starts with a discovery call where we talk through your business, pain points, and what feels like it needs attention.
From there, I spend time researching and putting together a custom proposal with a few options based on what I think will serve you best.
Once we land on the right fit, we kick things off together and make sure we are fully aligned before diving into the build.

Absolutely. I often help business owners refresh existing sites, improve functionality, or clean up what is not working behind the scenes.

Squarespace is my primary platform and where I do most of my website builds. That said, depending on the project, I can absolutely jump into other platforms for updates, cleanup, or helping untangle what is already there.

Absolutely. Not every business needs a full website project. If you have a running list of updates, backend cleanup, or a handful of things you have been putting off for months, we can tackle it through focused one-time support or a VIP Day.

Outside of normal platform costs like hosting, domains, or email software, nope. I do not believe in building websites that leave you stuck paying me forever just to keep things running.
I make sure you know how to confidently update and manage your own site so you are never dependent on me for every little change.
But if you would rather stay hands-off, I also offer ongoing maintenance and one-time support for businesses who prefer to keep website updates, copy changes, and backend management in my corner.
